Technical role within a leading Bristol based consultancy.
Within this project based role you will lead and manage a team of Pension Administrators who manage BAU projects on a portfolio of complex Corporate Pension Schemes, run on a variety of Computer Systems. In addition the team implement new process and procedures to improve efficiency within the Admin Teams.
Duties will include:
Scheme Renewals, Pension Increases, Valuation Data, Ad hoc Reports and General Administration on a complex portfolio of schemes.
Planning work for specific projects - meeting timescales and expectations.
Attending meetings with Clients, Team Members and Managers
Dealing with difficult case work and a portfolio of key clients.
Investigating complaints, understanding technical queries and general problem solving.
Providing solutions to process improvements.
We want to hear from you if you have substantial experience of the administration of corporate pension schemes and feel that a project based role will play to your strengths. Ideally you will have had some previous exposure to leading, motivating and developing less experienced staff and will possess excellent problem solving and time management skills. You will be a team player who is results orientated. Knowledge of VBA would be preferred.
