Subsidiary of £1billion turnover European based food services business. Highly profitable with resources, management capability and corporate appetite to deliver increased profitability and market share within a defined strategy. Long heritage within specialist niche market. Highly recognisable market leading brand synonymous with quality.
Assume strategic and organisational management responsibilities ensuring the retention and development of blue chip key accounts as well as the identification and capture f new business. Organise, manage and motivate a team of key account managers and specialist product sales professionals within the field. Assume responsibility for 3 major high street name blue chip accounts. Produce annual sales forecasts and budgets. Tender and produce detailed quotations for a range of high quality technically advanced capital equipment solutions. Work closely with in house NPD and manufacturing managers ensuring projects and product are delivered on time and to budget observing inherent quality standards.
Credible, personable and natural sales / business development professional able to demonstrate a track record of proven achievement within capital equipment sales servicing blue chip customers and exacting SME's. Passion, tenacity and energy together with excellent inter-personal and presentational skills. Above average intellect with the ability to inter-cat both within the Board room and on the factory floor. Clear communicator - able to comprehend, translate and deliver clear instructions that evolve into client solutions.
