Due to reorganisation and business growth our client, a very well known Firm of Brokers in central Bristol, is recruiting an additional Accounts Team Leader. This is a new and exciting role which will offer career development and job satisfaction.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of a small Accounts Team.
Key Accountabilities will include • Verification, investigation, analysis and resolution of differences between the new IT system of reported against actual bank balances • Chasing bad debts • Payment schedules • Banking • Processing all cheque requests and monthly commission payments • Cash sweep – movement of client monies to and from respective client deposit accounts • Income payments • Bank import/ interest import • Closures • Training new staff
Ideally you possess previous staff management experience. You will be an analytical individual who works well under pressure and will be used to using your initiative. Previous accounts experience is essential. Full study support is also on offer to the successful applicant.
