Our client a leading employer in Bristol is looking to beef up its Compensation and Benefits team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing pay market intelligence and analysis, presenting findings to colleagues and business clients.
Duties will include the following.
Analysing market data identifying patterns and trends
Pay analysis and reporting including post pay analysis, equal pay audits and general pay information – summarising findings, identifying options for change and making recommendations.
Maintaining internal and external relationships.
Consultancy support and advice on the implications and interpreting of pay and bonus policy.
Specific benchmarking work and research.
Project research and support contributing to revised pay strategies, policies and practises.
Suitable applicants are likely to possess good background in a pay and reward environment. You’ll be able to communicate market intelligence clearly and effectively at whatever level. You’ll also possess excellent data analysis skills, an ability to build good working relationships and a strong customers service ethic. You’ll be an influencer who loves the detail and can manage sometimes conflicting workloads.
