A leading provider of employee benefit administration services and related consultancy advice, quoted on the London Stock Exchange and is the largest European-headquartered company providing these services and is one of the largest firms of its type in the world conducting its business within two major areas- Risk & Insurance and Employee Benefits.
The company is now looking to recruit a Team Leader within Pensions – Final salary schemes.
Working within the Bristol office the remit is to lead a team within Client Services achieving anticipated profit targets reporting to the Administration Manager.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, planning, organisational and customer service orientation. Desirable academic abilities include education to FPC including G60, or ACII/APMI.
You will be required to have a working comprehension of the systems and procedures required to administer complex pension schemes and can demonstrate at least 8-10 years experience working within a client service environment.
