Working within the Corporate Development Team you will be involved in a wide range of projects including strategic reviews, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture agreements and competitor analysis. Key responsibilities will include the identification of potential acquisition targets within key markets and supporting the due diligence and post acquisition planning process. The role reports to the Corporate Development & Review Manager and in turn to the Head of Corporate Development.
Graduate, qualified Accountants are invited to apply for this position. Necessary skills include a proven track record within Corporate Development and Corporate Finance gained within Industry or Public Practice. As well as proven technical skills you must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial sense. A proven, natural leader your management style and motivational qualities must be as evident as your presence and presentation. Positive, can do will do attitude to business opportunities. Able to manage and work to strict commercial deadlines.
