Professional Recruitment is recruiting for a Support Team Leader to join a leading financial services company based in Bath.
The role is to develop the support team and the internal systems to ensure the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of this operation. Duties include: • Leading, motivating and managing performance of staff • To assess support staff requirements, prioritising work loads and recruiting when necessary. • Establishing and implementing training plans and KPIs for the team • Conducting monthly 121’s and reviewing staff performance against company objectives • Sign off suitability reports and audit trail, plus some compliance support • Manage processes to ensure correct documentation and administration is produced for client reviews.
You will be liaising with various internal debarments heads as well as with external clients and companies, therefore you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as having good decision making skills.
The ideal candidate will have their full FPC or equivalent, and have 3+ years experience working within financial services.
