A major division of a large financial services organisation.
Assist Senior Manager with development of the Direct Mail annual plans. Develop and deliver appropriate recruitment campaigns in line with forecast activity, targets and quality measures e.g. EMOB. Help manage processes for budgeting and forecasting targeted channels –ensuring activity is hitting plan. Play a key role in building direct mail channel capability to improve recruitment of both new to franchise and credit card cross sales to existing customers. Prepare campaign proposals and be responsible for briefing Group Marketing providing ongoing support for the successful running of campaigns. Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with support functions e.g. Risk, Finance and Marketing. Monitor success of campaigns ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.
You will need a strong background in marketing, knowledge of the requirements of the financial services market and direct distribution channels. You will need excellent problem solving skills and high level of comfort with basic analysis You will network effectively and use your contacts to help you develop creative and effective solutions. Must be highly organised and capable of processing large volumes of work whilst maintaining high attention to detail. Also needs good communication skills for briefing campaigns across the business. Experience of developing volume direct mail campaigns and telemarketing campaigns. Project management, including communication of budget and progress against project plans. Results focussed and able to co-ordinate across the business to ensure focus from other departments. Excellent interpersonal skills – with the ability to influence at all levels. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys using initiative and seeing results. High level of computer literacy. A team player who can demonstrate excellent influencing and communication skills. Familiarity with test and learn methodology and past experience of profitability analysis
