Market leading financial services company with ambitious expansion plans including product diversification and increased market penetration.
You will identify, value and prioritise new product opportunities & customer facing improvements centered on the Home Insurance Product. You will become the single point of contact for concerns regarding the home insurance product with oversight on product design, internet page design and selection of insurance partners. You will assist marketing in developing on-going content for the site. Assist in email campaigns and PR activities. Advise senior management on pricing decisions. Benchmark activities against competitors and assess potential for new markets.
·Ability to empathise with the novice customer ·A keen eye for design ·Strong attention to detail & able to error check own analysis ·A nose for value –follow 80/20 principles & prioritise high value projects to deliver results· Project management skills ·Strong summarising skills ·Strong knowledge of the home insurance industry, including product specific knowledge, FSA considerations, and industry structure (types and size of players) ·Ability to liase with multiple departments and secure buy-in ·Familiarity with Search Engine Optimisation & website design
