Well respected, reputable and experienced Independent Consultancy are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team. With over 30 offices and a national coverage this impressive firm still believes in customer service and quality advice come first.

The role

As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include: • Complying with the regulatory regime whilst demonstrating an understanding of your responsibility within the regulatory framework. • Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. • Liaise with Financial Planners to prepare documentation for meetings, conduct necessary research and ensure correct collation of information and check understanding for report preparation. • Prepare business generating documentation for the Financial Planners including illustrations and report writing within agreed timescales/quality standards. • Ensure compliance standards are met throughout and when appropriate to attend management meetings reporting on the department’s performance.

Candidate requirements

You must have a minimum of FPC or CeFA and working towards Diploma, although full Diploma is preferred. Experience in full holistic financial planning is required, with experience in paraplanning needed and a commitment to “excellence and professionalism”. Be able to set and maintain high standards and promote the business both internally and externally in a positive manner at all times.
