Our Cheltenham based client is currently looking for an experienced Part Time Administration Assistant with Financial Planning background to provide administrative back up for the Directors and their Assistants.
Duties to include
• Scanning and filing using computer system • Payment requests • Valuation amendments • Nominee transfers in/out • Liaising with registrars • Answering main telephone line • Meeting and greeting clients face to face • Client Data amendments/additions/deletions • Setting up new accounts • Liaising with ISA department, set up of new ISAs, transfer of ISAs • Typing using audio tapes and mail merges • Arranging meetings & maintaining diaries • Checking and despatch of contract notes
Our client is looking for a quick learner with previous experience of working within financial services. Someone with accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail. Must have good PC skills, (Word essential, Excel and Powerpoint advantageous), & good communication skills. Must be reliable, have the ability to work as a team member and work on own initiative, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
