Our client is one of the largest retails banks in the UK with a number of leading market positions.

The role

This area of the business support and provide accurate and actionable MI that allows the company to drive forward their business and makes a real difference to results. They are a people focussed team looking for individuals who can help to build on the great service they provide to their customers by finding ways they can do even more.

An exciting opportunity is available for a self driven and motivated individual to play a key role in delivering change. You will be responsible for analysis and delivery of business requirements for a variety of change initiatives.

Core responsibilities include:

*Manage the collection and production of detailed Business Requirements in order to amend MI systems

*Support business requirements through to implementation of all change

The successful candidate will be confident, have good attention to detail and will not be afraid to use ones initiative. As a team player you will be someone who thinks on their feet and is not afraid to challenge ideas to get the desired results.

ISEB Qualification is desired but is not essential.
