The role

Form a part of an established team of professionals servicing a customer base built up over many years commitment to the Bristol area. Whilst retention is essential so too is the attraction of new customers to the business and that is the remit of this post. You will be expected to assume "rain maker" status drawing attention to the available benefits and services to a known target audience of wealthy prospects as well as those emerging with newly generated wealth. Whilst waving the corporate flag high is essential so is your ability to translate prospect into commercial reality / customer. Networking, communicating and spreading the word are all elements of this post.

Candidate requirements

You will be a natural business development professional - with financial services / banking / investment / corporate finance experience gained within a credible arena. A demonstrable track record growing a business model through a thoroughly professional approach is essential. Equally interesting will be evidence of your ability to innovate and create interest through original / "out of the box" lateral thinking. With intellect, polish and presence you will be able to communicate clearly and positively with individuals from all walks of life. The role will require extensive networking within the South West business community where you will already be well known and respected - possibly with a strong following of loyal customers.
