The role

Assume total day to day responsibility for a business unit manufacturing a range of quality critical consumer goods. Provide daily support to the Financial Director with the provision of commercially accurate and timely management information. Produce routine management information to assist decision making processes including KPI's, monthly reporting packs, variance statements, management accounts and month end data. Analyse and interpret information to be presented and shared with Directors and stakeholders. Manage the expectations and provide support to key senior management team members.

Candidate requirements

You are likely to be qualified for at least 3 years and able to demonstrate experience gained within a FMCG environment. Technical excellence is a given but also is a natural commercial mindset that ensures the information produced is timely, appropriate and valid for the intended audiences. You will also be able to analyse complex issues and provide simple workable solutions. Developed IT skills are a pre-requisite as is your ability to prioritise and work independently observing and meeting a series of exacting deadlines. Polished appearance and inter-personal skills complete the package as well as your ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all management levels internally and external to the business.
